The excursion starts from your hotel, heading toward the village of Las Cañitas. There, we board the boat that will take us to the Humpback Whale Sanctuary. This sea journey lasts about two and a half hours, offering the chance to see the whales swimming, occasionally jumping, and even spotting their calves.

After whale watching, we head to Cayo Levantado, also known as Bacardi Island. Here, we enjoy a buffet-style Dominican lunch and some beach time (approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes). You can also take a refreshing swim at its stunning white sand beach.

After our time on Cayo Levantado, we head to the Samaná dock to board transportation that will take us to Playa Rincón. Considered the best beach in Samaná, it is located in Rincón Bay and surrounded by mountains and coconut trees.

We will also visit Caño Frío, a small stream that originates in the mountains and flows directly into the beach. With its cool, crystal-clear waters bordered by mangroves, it’s the perfect spot for a refreshing dip.

Restrictions: No pregnant women or individuals in wheelchairs or using crutches.

Includes: Land and sea transportation, park entry fees, light breakfast (sandwiches, fruit, and juice), lunch, rum, soda (cola and Sprite), water, and a certified guide.

What to Bring: Sunscreen, a cap or hat, sunglasses, beachwear, a towel, and money for souvenirs.
