Enjoy an unforgettable full-day experience visiting Catalina Island, the second-largest island in our territory, located in the southeast and home to the best snorkeling on our coast.
Departing from your hotel in modern and comfortable buses, we arrive at the dock in La Romana, board the boat, and set off for the island.
Snorkeling…
The first activity of the tour takes you to the snorkeling site known as “The Wall,” the most interesting coral reef area on the island. This site is home to the greatest variety of live corals, fish, crustaceans, and other marine species, as it is protected and classified as a National Park.
After snorkeling, we continue to Catalina Island, where you’ll enjoy its crystal-clear waters and white sands on a cozy beach. Here, you can relax, soak up the surroundings, and savor a delicious traditional Dominican lunch with beverages, making it a truly enjoyable day.
As part of the tour, you’ll also visit Altos de Chavón, a small village built in the 16th-century Mediterranean style. This is one of the region’s most important tourist attractions, featuring various art schools, an amphitheater for large artistic events, and breathtaking views of the Chavón River.
Lunch Menu on the Island: Grilled meats (chicken, pork chops, and sausages), rice, pasta, green salad, vegetables, bread, and fruits.
